Personal Training by Kelly is pleased to offer clients an extra advantage when it comes to improving their performance and reaching their individual goals.  Whether for running on the roads or trail running, your custom designed workouts will be based on your current level of fitness, access to exercise facilities and equipment, previous experience in exercise and sports, and current weekly obligations.

Fees:

One time Set up fee $40
Coaching $100/month due by the 25th for the following month.

All of the following programs require an initial start-up phase, where the coach can:

  • Review athlete history and goals
  • Establish training objectives to meet goals
  • Identify personal strengths and weaknesses
  • Establish heart rate zones
  • Identify and rank upcoming races if applicable
  • Design a training plan tailored to your lifestyle and goals

Custom Plans:

v  Detailed customized/comprehensive training schedule to fit your race season.

v   Daily workouts that target duration and intensity.

v  Access to www.trainingpeaks.com where all workouts are posted and where you can log in your workouts.

v   Upload availability of training devices to Training Peaks.

v  Performance analysis and feedback.

v  Email support contact with the coach.
